Commentary from my sister.
Finally heard from my mortgage broker, and since the appraisal they have isn’t the same as the bank’s, they won’t lend as much toward the higher amount. He was supposed to get back to me after speaking to the appraiser, sharing the sale prices I found from he past couple of months. We shall see. I’m tired of it all, and wish it would go away.
Spoke to mortgage broker again, and he told me I’d need a new appraisal. I told him I didn’t want to pay the guy another $400 when he under appraised it to begin with.
Thanks David for this one. http://www.break.com/index/charlie-sheen-as-charlie-brown-2015660“
I’ve never heard of them, but if you have one near you, baked ziti sounds good.
Not finding any great bargains today. Did make a good turkey chili this week though
1 lb lean ground turkey
2 cans black beans drained and rinsed
onion, 2 cloves garlic and seeded serrano pepper chopped
1/4 tsp coriander
1/3 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder (or more to taste)
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 can rotel
Sweat the onions, garlic and pepper. Add turkey and brown. Add the rinsed beans and seasonings. STir in tomato sauce and Rotel. Cook about30 minutes, stirring occasionally, tasting and adding seasoning as needed. A drained can of corn would be good in this too, but I was out. I served it over brown rice.
Wishing you all a great weekend, especially the Fraulein whom I inadvertently scared. Sorry.
