Boy did I have shopping shock this weekend! I found my dream stove, and want to remove the stovetop and wall oven in the condo and put in the glass top convection oven that I found such a good sale on. Well, to remove the two bottom cobinets to oput it in would work, but the above cabinets have to be removed and replaced to put in an above range microwave, or it will be too low. Wall oven is part and parcel with the pantry cabinets, or so I was told. Don’t really believe. All this is becoming too much to comprehend.I know that HandyFrank said he could do it, but these people scared me. By the time I left, we were talking about$6,500-7,000 worth of new kitchen. Yoinks! It might be a little easier if Hubby were the least bit interested. I’m getting more terrified by the minute. I don’t want to be a grownup anymore.
Ths is a “gifts for the holidays” site. They’ll give you a free ornament for signing up for their newsletter. That’s why we have all those addresses, right? Anyway, they say they send an email to verify, but I haven’t gotten mine yet. We shall see.
For those in and around NY, this sounds great. I’d love to do it myself. It’s a dinner and dancing cruise at 60% off.
I didn’t find much wonderful today, but hopefully I’ll have more for ou tomorrow
